1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sean Fujiwara, a California sole proprietor operating SheetPins under the Sablemark Labs brand (“Sablemark Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using SheetPins, you agree to these Terms. If you use SheetPins for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree, do not install or use SheetPins. Your use of monday.com remains separately governed by the agreements between you and monday.com.
2. The SheetPins service
SheetPins is a monday.com Board View that lets authorized users select PDF plans from monday Files columns, place normalized pins, link pins to real board items, work with selected live item fields and site photos, carry pins to a selected PDF revision, and, when entitled, generate a punch-list PDF.
SheetPins depends on monday.com accounts, permissions, APIs, assets, hosting, storage, and marketplace services. Features may be unavailable when those services are unavailable or when your monday role, board access, app authorization, or subscription does not permit an operation.
3. Eligibility, accounts, and administrators
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and be authorized to use the relevant monday account. Account administrators control installation, subscriptions, roles, and access. You are responsible for activity performed through your monday account and for keeping your monday credentials secure.
You must grant only the monday permissions reasonably required by SheetPins. You may revoke authorization or uninstall the app through monday, but doing so may prevent SheetPins from loading or preserving an app workspace.
4. Free, trial, and paid plans
Available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are presented and managed by monday.com. Your purchase is also subject to the applicable monday.com marketplace and billing terms.
- Free: up to 15 total pins per Board View and no punch-list PDF export.
- Pro: up to 10,000 total pins per Board View and punch-list PDF export.
Trial users may receive Pro features during the trial period. SheetPins may apply Free limits if subscription authorization is missing, expired, unavailable, or unrecognized. We may change future plans, limits, or features, but changes to paid subscriptions will be handled through the marketplace process and applicable notice requirements.
5. License and ownership
Subject to these Terms and the applicable subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use SheetPins for your internal business purposes through monday.com. SheetPins, its software, design, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property remain owned by the operator or applicable licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
monday.com and its names, logos, platform, and services belong to monday.com or its licensors. SheetPins is an independent application and is not endorsed by monday.com.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in PDFs, photos, item content, pin notes, and other information you make available through monday (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited right to process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain SheetPins and to comply with law.
You are responsible for:
- having all rights and permissions necessary to use Customer Content with SheetPins;
- configuring board permissions, Files columns, field mappings, and user roles appropriately;
- reviewing outputs and maintaining independent backups or source records required by your organization;
- complying with privacy, employment, construction, records, intellectual-property, export, and other laws that apply to your work; and
- avoiding sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and permitted by your organization and monday.com.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use SheetPins to:
- break the law, violate rights, or process content without authorization;
- bypass monday permissions, SheetPins plan limits, or security controls;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- introduce malware or malicious, deceptive, or destructive content;
- reverse engineer or copy SheetPins except to the limited extent such a restriction is prohibited by law; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide SheetPins as a standalone service without written permission.
We may suspend access reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, or address a material breach. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
8. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy describes how SheetPins processes information. You acknowledge that internet and cloud services involve risk and that no security measure guarantees absolute security. Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@sheetpins.app and do not disclose customer data or credentials in a public issue.
9. Support, maintenance, and service changes
Support is available at support@sheetpins.app. We aim to send an initial response within two business days, Monday–Friday excluding United States federal holidays. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.
We may update SheetPins to improve functionality, security, compliance, or compatibility with monday.com. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice of material changes when required, but emergency security changes may occur without advance notice.
10. Whether we will contact users
We may contact account administrators or users with transactional messages reasonably related to support requests, security, authorization, billing, legal notices, material service changes, or operation of SheetPins. We will not send promotional marketing email unless the recipient has requested or consented to it. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, while operational or legally required notices may continue.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit ideas or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not include confidential information in feedback unless we have agreed in writing to receive it as confidential.
12. Term and termination
These Terms continue while you use SheetPins. You may stop using the service, disconnect authorization, or uninstall the app at any time, subject to monday.com's subscription rules. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, nonpayment handled through monday.com, or discontinuation of the service.
After termination, the license ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, dispute terms, and accrued payment obligations—will survive. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Native monday items and assets remain controlled by the customer in monday.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEETPINS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SHEETPINS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY FILE, BOARD CONFIGURATION, DEVICE, BROWSER, OR FUTURE MONDAY.COM CHANGE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; PROJECT DELAY; REWORK; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SHEETPINS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SHEETPINS BY THE RELEVANT MONDAY ACCOUNT DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, an organization using SheetPins will defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from that organization's Customer Content, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's principal place of business in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it by written notice.
17. General terms
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except in connection with a permitted merger or sale of substantially all relevant assets. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable monday marketplace terms form the complete agreement about SheetPins and supersede prior discussions on that subject.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. The English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as SheetPins or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to an update, stop using and uninstall SheetPins.
